CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Please email info@ofplanet.earth to change a shipping address after your order has been placed.

We aim to respond to all queries on the same working day, and our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.

FULFILMENT TIME

All our clothing is handmade to order; each piece is sewn individually. Orders can take up to 7 working days from the date of purchase to be made and shipped out.

All orders are posted with tracking, and you will be notified of your tracking number and courier by email. 

For orders placed in the United Kingdom, orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, however delivery times can occasionally exceed the 2 day window.

For orders placed in the EU Royal Mail advise a 5-7 day timeline for delivery, we also offer express international shipments with DHL and DPD.

For international orders placed outside of the EU, orders can take from 5-14 days to reach their destination, although times can vary depending on your choice of courier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are not liable for customs charges for international parcels.

Please note that the time guide provided for international parcel delivery is an estimate only. The actual delivery time may vary and could take longer depending on the customs clearance process and the delivery partner operating in the destination country. It is important to keep this in mind when planning for international parcels.

LONDON PICKUP

If you are based in London and would like to pick up your parcel, we can arrange this with prior notice. Please note there is no public access to the studio and as such no facility for trying on the items.
