RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Returns & Exchanges must be placed within 14 days of purchases.

RETURNS

We aim to respond to all queries on the same working day, and our office hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm (GMT). 

Please note that: 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Already discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
  • The customer must dispatch the item using a tracked service, including their name and order number within the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  •  we do not provide returns shipping labels for international orders
  • Notification of international return required within five days of receipt of item.

EXCHANGES

Please refer to our size guide when purchasing, in some cases we will be able to exchange items for a different size, but this is subject to availability. Please note that the measurements given are off the body and do not represent the dimensions of the garments.

It is important to include your packaging slip, or a note of your name and order number when sending returns and exchanges.

Items that are sent for exchange must be in their original condition. Please note, buyers will have to cover shipping costs and we advise you to use a tracked service as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

Dear Valued Customers,

We hope this message finds you well. Please note that our production and studio team will be taking a short break until 6th January. During this time, any orders placed will be processed and dispatched promptly after we resume on this date.

For made-to-order items, please allow the usual production times to begin from 6th January, as these items require dedicated craftsmanship and care.

For pre-order items, we are expecting deliveries with in the first two weeks of January and we will be shipping these out as soon as we receive them.
