CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please email info@ofplanet.earth to change a shipping address after your order has been placed.
We aim to respond to all queries on the same working day, and our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
FULFILMENT TIME
Orders can take up to 3 working days to be made and shipped out.
All orders are posted with tracking, and you will be notified of your tracking number and courier by email.
For orders placed in the United Kingdom, orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48; however, delivery times can occasionally exceed the 2-day window.
For orders placed in the EU or internationally, all shipments are sent via FedEx. We prepay all applicable taxes and duties, so there are no hidden costs for you. Estimated delivery times are:

LONDON PICKUP
If you are based in London and would like to pick up your parcel, we can arrange this with prior notice. Please note there is no public access to the studio and as such no facility for trying on the items.
