FAQs

Are the items ready to ship?

All our clothing is handmade to order; each piece is sewn individually. Orders can take up to 7 working days from the date of purchase to be made and shipped out.

FULFILMENT TIME

All orders are posted with tracking, and you will be notified of your tracking number and courier by email. 

For orders placed in the United Kingdom, orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, however delivery times can occasionally exceed the 2 day window.

For orders placed in the EU Royal Mail advise a 5-7 day timeline for delivery, we also offer express international shipments with DHL and DPD.

For international orders placed outside of the EU, orders can take from 5-14 days to reach their destination, although times can vary depending on your choice of courier.

We are not liable for customs charges for international parcels.

LONDON PICKUP

If you are based in London and would like to pick up your parcel, we can arrange this with prior notice. Please note there is no public access to the studio and as such no facility for trying on the items.
